"I Don't Know, But Can I Watch Charlie & Lola?"

I asked Libbey to give me a title for today's post. And there you have it.

I wish I had the theme music to Charlie & Lola on today's offering, because that is the single most happiest song on the planet. I'd make it my cell ringtone if my beloved Redcoat Marching Band was not currently belting out University of Georgia's fight song, "Glory, Glory To Ol' Georgia!" Oh how I love living amidst all these University of Tennessee (blech--I spit any residue of those 3 words out of my mouth--patoooie!) fans and the looks of searing hate they bestow in my direction, upon hearing "Glory" when I receive a call. I purposely let it play longer than necessary...for full effect. Yeah, I am real, true, hardcore fan. Just so y'all know.

What was I saying? Oh yes, Charlie & Lola. Don't you just love that song? It's rather happy-go-lucky, no?

OK, OK...I know...the real reason you're here is to see who gets some Vera Bradley love, along with other goodies. Let's allow Random Generator to work its magic, please:

Number 31...that's a good number...who left comment number 31?

Did you know Georgia's season opener is this Saturday? They're playing Georgia Southern, another fine institute of higher learning in my beloved state of origin. Of course I want my Bulldogs to win big. My ranked #1 in the nation Bulldogs. Did I mention I'm a bit of a fan?

Oh, stop rolling your eyes. Number 31 is none other than:

Rhea from Texas Word Tangle!!!!

Ain't she all kinds of sassy in that most awesome pink hat?

To those of you who didn't win this go 'round, I offer a consolation prize: You really should be reading Rhea's blog. Go check it out, why don't ya? And come back soon for yet another Lulaville giveaway...I'll be feeling rather Autumnal in a few more weeks and inspiration will flow in the form of free stuff. I love those two words. Who doesn't? Say them with me--"Free Stuff!"

Good times, y'all.

Congrats Rhea!!! I'm readin' her already :)

When you call me you hear "Sweet Home Alabama".

When you call me I hear the theme to The Office.

When you call my husband he hears "Ramblin' Wreck". But, why would you be calling him...

I'm still holding you to the comment you made about cheering for Tech. It will happen one day :)

How could Georgia be ranked #1 in the nation? Isn't that my beloved USC's spot?

Congrats to Rhea!!!

I love it when my two and four year olds say, " Goooooooooooooooooooo Georgia Bulldogs!" Go Dawgs! Sic 'em!

And even my principal used in our staff meeting the other day for my benefit, that we just needed to "Hunker down for you Georgia fans out there." I'll convert that Auburn grad/former professor before all is said and done.

Okay, Lula. i am putting myself at risk here asking this question. i will look like such an idiot, but here it goes:

Where in the heck to all of you girls get the prizes that you give away? Some bloggers give away expensive stuff! Are you all rich? i would like to give away something besides the toenail my cat shed, but honestly, i can't afford to buy amazing stuff to pass on.

So, am i an idiot? Is there a secret place you all get your prizes? *burying my head in the sand*

Yeah Rhea! Another Twilight and Lost fan. Gotta love that! Heather, you had three comments that day and couldn't pull off a win.

heathersister, you are so mean. You know I am not lucky, I never win anything (except for that book by Lisa Bearnson on Becky's blog). Stop rubbing it in.

Sorry, Lula, for the sibling quarrel on your blog. If you would've picked me, then it wouldn't happen. So there.

I lived in East Tennessee for 2.5 years. I had enough of Rocky Top in those 2.5 years to last me MUCH longer than I will ever hope to live. And did you know there are many different versions of Rocky Top... Like Hip hop and Dance Club mixes... ick.... Really.

And did you know that the new area code in East Tennessee 865, was chosen because it spells VOL on the phone?

UGH!

I am so not savvy. I have no idea how to give my phone a cool ring tone. Instead of the standard Cingular (or is it AT&T now?) programmed ones. I want a cool ring tone. Not that I would know what to pick. I wonder if Santa would bring me a cool ring tone?

Oh, and congrats Rhea! Yes, you all must read her. Or just look at her pictures and watch her picnik obsession grow by leaps and bounds...

Wait, Lula, are you a Georgia fan? I'm a little uncertain on that point... Maybe you should clarify that for me ;)

Congratulations to Rhea!

Also wanted to let you know that the Rosebud Salve is awesome and it is helping Richard with the dryness on his skin. That stuff is awesome.

Whooooo-Hoooooo! Go Rhea!

I'm already reading her, so I can't accept the second prize.

BTW...I love the "Edward" pic to the right. Now that I know he was Cedric in GoF, it makes me love him more.

Ok, I was so shocked to stop by to read and found my own picture on your site! I'm a WINNER! YAY! I never win things, this is so excited! Thanks, Lula!!

I have ACDC's Back in Black on my phone. It's rockin'.

What the heck is Charlie and Lola? I have no idea. Oh, wait, is that the show with the little British kids? I think maybe I have seen it...

Congrats to Rhea -

And I went to Sephora last night in hopes of leaving with some stuff to take 5 years off of my looks and no pumpkin spice. Sigh.. I will keep trying :)

lol I have no idea what Charie and Lola is .. all I can think of is Charlie Sheen and his daughter. Her name is Lola right? Cause that's what's popping in my head ..

Totally starting on book two tonight. Had to buy it because my library's two copies are out and four other people have holds. Sorry, not waiting that long :o)

And oh, if you like Thai, Stir Fry is coming downtown soon!! And congrats to Rhea for winning some awesome prizes.

Aw, congrats to Rhea!! Her blog rawks. She was my very first commenter ever, so she holds a special place in my heart. :-)

And although I live close to K-town, I'm not a Vol fan. I'm not a Dawg fan either, but hopefully we can just let that one pass. I just try to root for the SEC every weekend, so hopefully that will do. :-)
