July's question of the month in Real Simple magazine is:
"What are the top-three things on your lifelong to-do list?"
Since I am a rebel and never could follow the rules, here's my response:
1. Hold, enjoy, and love on my grandchildren. (Mrs. R, are you getting this?)
2. Finally work up enough courage to get a tattoo just above my boo-tay.
3. Go to Fiji and Hawaii.
4. Sit front row at a Simon and Garfunkel concert. (Oh please, please Art & Simon--reunite!)
5. Live long enough to see a cure for all forms of cancer. I hate cancer.
6. Go to Fiji and Hawaii.
7. Own a house on Hilton Head Island, SC.
8. Return to Ireland.
9. Go to Fiji and Hawaii with my husband/best friend, children and grandchildren.
10. Hear "Well done, thy good and faithful servant" the second my life on earth ends.
And that's the mainest thing, as my husband's late, "3rd" grandmother, Esther, would say.
OK y'all...sharing time. What are the top-three things on your lifelong to-do list? Let's talk amongst ourselves. I've given you the topic.
OK, OK...I'll give you #11: Squeeze Jason Statham's boo-tay and declare my undying love (obsession) for him.
Scotty says the same--but not for Jason, duh--Katherine Heigl's his girl. Whatever.

Wow, having to think this hard before 8am is too much. Here's my list.
1) Live long enough to see both my girls marry and their kids marry.
2) Travel to England with my hubby & kids.
3) Finally get up the courage to get a tattoo.
I love this question and will get around to answering it...but wanted to encourage you to get that tattoo above your boo-tay! Oh where to begin here...
Top three things?
1. Write a novel.
2. Meet Paula Deen.
3. Own a house on the beach.
Okay, I have a Twitter account and I have to get it going. I don't want to miss out on anything...you know how I am.
Oh, and I am totally taking you to get a tattoo.
1. Write a Novel
2. Open a bakery
3. Inspire other women to live their dreams.
I already got a tatoo above my hiney. A butterfly dedicated to my daughter who was killed - 11 of her family and friends went together and the guy ended up doing mine for free - now ain't that the sweetest thing you ever heard.
Well, I already have the artwork in that spot . . . an Iris that has my brothers initials (killed in a car accident), so . . .
1. Save a life
2. Deliver a baby
3. Be the best that I can be
1. Own a house on Cape Cod
2. Write a book
3. Make my home "A Soft Place to Land" (love her blog description)
Thanx for the Jason eye candy. My fave film is still The Italian Job with him.
Scargosun--HANDSOME ROB FOREVER. The Italian Job was the beginning of my love (obsession) for him. Sigh...
Just watched the Italian Job again....

Deep thoughts...
1. Admit to my friends that I am really a flaming liberal and hope that they'll still talk to me.
2. Travel
3. Get my head in gear and finally write my PhD dissertation so I don't have to call myself an abd anymore...and for the fame and glory of being Mr. and Dr. Kat...
1. End up related to Lula.
2. Live on Hilton Head Island in a house between Lula and Heather
3. See my son marry the love of his life (Libby) like I did.
Statham is cool, but I'll steer clear of his Boo-Tay.
For me:
1. Build a beach cottage and live in Bali
2. Become an author
3. Always remember that Family is First
I'm surprised at how many of us are interested in writing. That is so cool. We might have to add another area to SITS that features writing samples.
Well, I am all about the writing thing. I can't imagine how cool it would be to have the title of published author.
I wouldn't mind going along to the Simon and Garfunkel concert, but they'd have to sing Mrs. Robinson and At The Zoo because for all the money it would cost, we should all get to make requests.
I want to have Oprah say I inspire her.
A girl can dream big, right?
okay i'm back..here are 3...4...5..
1) return to Paris
2) get married
3) have my own talk show
4) be in a broadway show, but that could be a bit difficult considering i don't dance but we can dream
5) own a house on the ocean
6) get married to George Clooney!

1. Open a camp for kids with my husband
